The only complaint I have would be about the multiple craters everywhere the second you turn in. They’re impossible to miss.

The apartments are OK. The appliances needed to be updated now that they’ve raised the rent. It’s hard for someone living on Social Security to afford them.

Rent is too high and everyone is moving out. Its sad that MRD doesn't care about our community. They only care about how much money can they can squeeze out of you. This is why Michigan needs rent control and there should be only a 10% max increase. I may have to live in my car one day ??

I have been here about 5 years. I like Mill Creek. I have referred friends to here. It is clean and well managed. The grounds are kept up nicely. It is usually quiet but sometimes people play music from their cars in the parking lot. Maybe that's okay for some people but I prefer quiet. Thank you

It’s a nice place to live. I just wish they had a washer and dryer in the apartments are in every building.

Was fine under garfield management but MRD came in and now I'm subject to inspections I'm not comfortable with, proof of animal vaccination despite them being strictly inside which I have to go out of my way for and rent raise over $100 The ponytail girl at the leasing office came to my apartment while I was at work and raised her voice at my girlfriend to move her car for snow removal (which didn't even get removed where her car was) Girlfriend said "give me one minute" through the door and the leasing office gal was actually yelling "no, right now" demanding her to drop what she was doing and threatening a fine. In no way would I have expected the sudden switch around in decorum and professionalism in the management team nor was i expecting new "inspections" and invasive requirements for an apartment i had already lived at for a couple years. Overall a good place to live my first 2 years, this third year however has me looking for a new place to live. Nobody in an apartment management team should have the nerve to raise their voice at already compliant residence, ridiculous display all together.
