very nice place
I really like it here the pool is nice but I wish the clubhouse was still here and I wish there was a hot tub.

Very nice place to live. No place is perfect, but Garfield Plaza Apartments is a comfortable and peaceful place to live with great rates.

Comfy place
I’ve been living here for years. The only quarrel I have is how much rent has risen. I’m pay way more for not much. Other than that neighbors are usually quiet, school district is great. Maintenance is prompt and very friendly and so is staff. I’ve never had an issue with them. I love living here, and they cover water. In summer if you have an old AC unit it will get very high. Into the 300s per month. Once I got mine replaced it was cut by more than half.
