Easy to do
I've lived here 17 years!! I think that speaks for itself.... there are a few of us that have been here along time, it's like we are family...love the Pool!! It's a great way to relax and enjoy the summer close to home!!! Looking forward to Memorial day??
Not worth a the price.
When I first moved in 4+ years ago rent was 800. For a two bedroom it is now 900. The only thing covered is her. The windows are not well insulated and your electric bill sky rockets in the summer. These units haven’t had anything improved for the rent jump to be worth it. The hallways are old, the pool was closed all last summer because he didn’t want to matinance it. The walls are very thin and If one person smokes in the building, it’s like you can smell it in your home. Staff and matinance is really friendly but they do come over unannounced sometimes. There’s no storage or space to really put any spare things. I feel since the price jump it’s not worth living here. I have an old gas stove that doesn’t even tell you the temperature you are setting it to. My electric bill goes from 60 dollars to 250+ in the summer because of poor insulation. They cover water but even that they’ve come in and turned the water flow down in my apartment to save themselves money. If they invested more in updating the units it would be great for the price. They also won’t allow you to put even window decorations up for the holidays. The parking is hideous and there’s definitely not enough space for everyone who lives here. In the winter they barely salt and don’t below the parking spaces themselves. My kids are constantly slipping and getting hurt because of the lack of upkeep (which a notice was given that if you fall and get hurt it’s not on them). I wouldn’t probably find another apartment to live at if you had a choice.
Great experience thus far
I am going on to living here for two years now and it has been a great experience so far. I have not had any major complaints at all. If problems do arise, its taken care of quickly. Everything has been handled professionally and I think the pricing is great for the space and area as well.
okay living for an expensive price.
The living space is nice. appliances are older and freeze your items and ruin them. Gas stove has no temperature gauge. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Smoking is allowed in the building so you expose your kids to pot and cigarettes even if you don’t want to. Makes yours clothes and items smell. 5/10 plug outlets are loose. The electric bill is ATROCIOUS. Nearly 400 dollars even when you monitor your use. Abundance of earwigs in the summer. Walls are weak and can’t hold anything to them. The list of complaints goes on. The matinance is nice and always responds accordingly, and management is very polite. That’s about the only two good things here. Honestly for the price you pay/what you get it’s not worth it. Kids and people romp in 24/7 and wake up the whole building. I feel for the lack of quality the rent price should not be 825 a month. Living here has not been my favorite thing to do.
