If you like a quiet atmosphere, with kind staff and residents, and lots of amenities, then this is the place for you. I'm glad I chose to live here over the other options in Clarkston.

My partner and I have lived at Lancaster Lakes for the past year and a half. We moved from out of state for work, never having been to Michigan before and we were worried about finding a good place. We absolutely hit the jackpot with Lancaster Lakes! The complex is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and they have fun treats and activities for us throughout the year. We absolutely love it here and are so happy to call Lancaster Lakes our home!
