Since Erich has taken over Byron Manor Apartments he has made alot of new changes and is very easy to talk to. If you have a situation or issue, he’s right on top of it.

Been here a year, using as a crash pad for myself for work. It's a minimalist place for good place, never had a problem with management, the super is a really nice guy. A couple and possibly one kid, perfect place. My only real complaint is being on the bottom and having rude tenants above. The majority of people are quiet but the people upstairs literally cannot stop making noise, their child is allowed to run around like an elephant, the wife vacuums twice a day, every day, things are dropped. My level of restraint drops every day...
