Helpful staff

A resident here for nearly a year now. Love the location as it’s not too far from downtown and the freeway is easily accessible from both the east and west. Of the interactions I’ve had with property management, Amanda has definitely stood out. Amanda is great and always very helpful; she’s my go-to when I have any questions, and on the rare occasion when I have a concern. She gets results and is by far the most helpful leasing consultant that I’ve encountered in my years of apartment living. Very approachable and is always looking to assist residents in any way she can. Definitely a positive contrast compared to prior experiences I’ve had with other property’s management and staff.

Wonderful place to live

I have been so pleased with The Emerson. With the location, size and condition of our apartment, I definitely feel like I am getting the best value in Ann Arbor. I have also been super impressed by the communication from the staff. I always feel very informed and it's clear residents are top of mind. The only complaint is the few times I've needed maintenance it's taken over a week for our issue to be resolved, while previous places I've lived were always available day-of or the following day. Thankfully it hasn't impacted us too much, but I am a little nervous if something more pressing occurs. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience.
