Emerson is ok, i really enjoy my aprtment. Very nice lovely gym and pool. More days then not there is almost zero parking available

I live in one of the more outdated units so some of the things are a bit older. It's a non-issue though and we love the space that we have. Overall, for the price of the living, it's hard to beat.

The staff on-site are extremely helpful and accommodating. The condition of our apartment is great post-renovation and we were excited to re-sign our lease. Communal spaces are well kept and the pool is a great amenity to have at our disposal. Overall, very pleased.

I have been so pleased with The Emerson. With the location, size and condition of our apartment, I definitely feel like I am getting the best value in Ann Arbor. I have also been super impressed by the communication from the staff. I always feel very informed and it's clear residents are top of mind. The only complaint is the few times I've needed maintenance it's taken over a week for our issue to be resolved, while previous places I've lived were always available day-of or the following day. Thankfully it hasn't impacted us too much, but I am a little nervous if something more pressing occurs. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience.
