Good for price

After a rocky first few months involving some (very) noisy neighbors, the last year plus has been overall very good, and one of the better rental experiences in Ann Arbor. In short, it's the best apartments within a couple mile radius of downtown Ann Arbor without being a dump. It's very tough to find apartments with washer/dryer, central air, private entry, and gas stovetops. Arbor Club has it all.

Cheapest around..for a price

Great location, feels safe and comfortable, depending on your chosen location within the apartment complex noise is low - there is a nearby gun range well within hearing distance. Office staff is responsive, maintenance is lackluster with areas left unsalted in winters and overall poor management of public trash.
