I have lived here for about a year, the place is clean and pretty affordable for AA apartments. Parking is usually pretty available, close to buses too.

Just moved in but so far so good. Staff have been very helpful and nice.
Quiet, Great Management & Maintenance Crew
I have lived at Arbor Woods since 2019 and would highly recommend living here. They have a great management team and maintenance crew that actually care about you. The place is clean, quiet, and affordable for Ann Arbor prices. I also love the location. If you are on the fence about living here I hope this review helps you decide to say yes to Ann Arbor Woods.
Nice Location, but the apartment is a bit old
It is easy to park here. But the apartment is a little bit old. There is no AC in the bedroom and only a single window AC in the living room. The apartment is close to grocery stores and several shopping plaza.
Nothing special
The one word summary is "meh." The apartment does the job but is definitely maintained to meet the minimum requirements. Rent is expensive for what you get (but that is general for Ann Arbor), and the administration adds about $50-70 per month on extra fees, such as $25 to have someone occasionally come and take the trash from your hallway to the dump across the street.
