Oxford has been a great rental company - they have been responsive and have done necessary maintenance in a timely manner. However the house itself has a lot of wear and tear - more than the normal college house and too much given the house's expensive rent. Walls have a lot of damage and the carpet is ripped out in certain parts. Also, there is only one shower which is very tiny and the bathrooms are old and falling apart.
