I love the location and character of this house. For ann arbor living it's reasonably priced for a massive space, free parking, and laundry included. Plus Oxford has been really nice and helpful with the couple of issues we've had.

I have had a great time living here. If you are not a college student you may not appreciate it as much, but this is perfect and great value for a college house. I have gotten very many admirers about it.

My roommates and I have been disappointed in the recent change to Oxford's maintenance policy- we think it unfairly burdens tenants who, in many cases, are dealing with cheap items inevitably reaching their breaking point (e.g. plastic window shades, toilet seats, upholstery, etc).

610 E Ann St amenities  All utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Laundry facilities are conveniently located onsite in the basement. Trash and recycling are the Tenants responsibility. Containers are provided outside the building, with pick-up scheduled every Monday. Parking: Your house has a driveway. No pets are allowed.
