Everything in the apartment is old and falling apart. The space is too small to comfortably fit three people. The rent increases astronomically each year, despite virtually no maintenance happening. In the winter, there is almost no insulation, and the only way to fix this is to basically block the windows. The heating does not heat the apartment enough. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Oxford to anyone. I have actively been discouraging my friends from looking into Oxford properties.

Solid, good vibe and space, unfortunately people spit too many nicotine pouches out on the stairs, otherwise great place and pretty warm in the cold tomes.
