Terri is my building manager. When she first came to Oxford Companies and I got a few emails from her, I recognized a unique spark of intelligence and knew she was a special person. A couple years later, unasked, she found a convenient sublet for me when my apartment was being renovated. Soon after, she put me in touch with a buyer for my parking space. Most recently, she helped me navigate a rent increase. I am not a VIP, but she treats me like one. She is the VIP. So smart, savvy, gracious, present, and especially and unusually, so willing to help. I have friends who get some kind of automated, time-consuming, de-humanizing AI when they call their apartment management. I get a wonderful person.

I have lived here for one semester. Friendly staff, great maintenance service, close to stadium yet tranquil neighborhood. I'm grateful to the fact that I can stay warm without turning on the heater during winter.

This complex is so quiet despite being next to a busy street. I can hardly hear any noise outside or the neighbors. Laundry is free and the machines are new. The only utility I pay for is electric and the rent price is very fair. The maintenance people are super quick and our parking lot just got redone this year.
