I have only lived here for a few months so far, but due to the fact that it is a newly renovated, there are still plenty of kinks that need to be worked out. The laundry machine is not very efficient and takes hours to do a single load of laundry. The paint job seemed rushed and there are scratches and marks on the walls that where there since we have moved in. One of the rooms is much smaller than the other rooms even though they could have easily made it the same size as the rest of the rooms. However, the renovations on the house are very nice and it does have a nice modern look to it. Compared to other houses in Ann Arbor, the rent is very good for what you get.

I have lived in my house since the end of August. Kris, our property manager, has been helpful and responsive but there were many challenges associated with move-in. We have had problems with our parking lot -- it was not finished in time and there are times when more people park there than there are spots. We also did not have WiFi for the first week and purchased our own service as we were told, only to find that Oxford provides the service. Lastly, the washer-dryer takes 9 hours for a full cycle which has proved difficult to manage in a house of 6 people. The house itself is very nice and clean and I would recommend the property to a friend, however, I think the initial issues with the lease could deter me from recommending Oxford itself.

I have been living in this house for a month now and have really been liking this area. We are very near Argus farm stop and our neighbours have been respectful. It's about 12 minutes away from East Hall which isn't too bad but going downtown is quite the walk.
