Happily starting 3rd year here. Amenities are amazing here: planned get togethers, grounds beautiful, great snow removal, maintenance referrals quickly addressed, and staff extremely friendly.

As a single mom, I needed a place to live where my children and I could feel safe. Stone Falls of Ada is well lit, has countless amenities, and the maintenance people are the best of the best!!!! We feel comfortable bringing our friends here and are extremely happy with the environment. In addition, it is VERY conveniently located! We love it!

I have lived here a few months. It is a great place to live and the amenities are great. However, there have been instances where the residents around me have parked incorrectly either along the road (which presents a safety hazard) or have parked in my spot. There is also not enough guest parking. The spots are frequently taken by residents that have multiple vehicles. Other than parking, everything has been great.
