Since living here the staff has been mostly helpful, the gym is good the heat and ac don't work super great but they're OK you just need to set the thermostat much higher than the actual temp parking is rough that's my only major concern come winter with the snow bans it'd be nice to have a deal with even one of the outdoor lots behind the building

It's a great old building that's been renovated for residential living. The management company is top-notch. 13+ ceilings. But the smallest refrigerator in Portland.
