We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile upon application approval (pet registration fees apply). We want you to feel right at home! So, we are pleased to welcome two (2) approved animals per home (cats & dogs only). A completed and active pet profile (with PetScreening) and agreement must be completed for each pet. Any applicable pet fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home. Once you complete your pet profile, you will be notified of those pet charges--at move-in, monthly, or both as is permissible and applicable. *Pictures of your pet/animal as well as your vaccination documentation will be required. One-time pet owner fee starts at $300.00 per pet (due at move-in). And monthly pet rent starts at $50.00 per pet. Exact costs will be determined by PetScreening.com. For your comfort, we do have a list of restricted Breeds, which include and are subject to being edited: Pit Bulls (including American Pitbull Terrier) American Staffordshire Terriers Dobermans (including Doberman Pinscher) Rottweilers German Shepherds Belgian Malinois Dutch Shepherds Chow Chows Huskies (including Siberian Huskies) Alaskan Malamutes Great Danes Akitas Boxers Wolf Hybrids American Bulldogs Saint Bernards **Any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted--or any other breed deemed to be aggressive or a threat to other residents.
