Excellent staff!

I've been e been a resident for five years and have been very comfortable living here. The location is perfect for my needs... close to shopping and my church. The staff has been very responsive to my requests and friendly.

backburner issue

We've lived here going on our 4th year and the management has changed several times. With that, it has been challenging to get work orders addressed. Sometimes it's been quick, but recently it's been abysmal. Our fridge stopped working over two weeks ago and while two separate techs have kindly been out to check it out for ice damming (which isn't the issue), we followed up a third time with the mechanical issue we thought it could be and were told by the prop manager that they will just replace it. When I asked for an estimate on when, management said, "very soon." We have lost hundreds of dollars to spoiled groceries and condiments, and spent hundreds of dollars buying takeout for virtually every meal, and ice to keep the leftovers. And as tenants we have no recourse. This issue doesn't include our work order to fix a dangerous window that doesn't stay up (that one is over a year old). For how much we're being gouged on price every year, it's unacceptable. From my experience the staff/techs are always friendly, and location is good, but systematically speaking, this place could do much better.

Well maintained property and great location!

I've lived at this property for about 5 years. It's very well maintained and the management is very responsive to anything that comes up. The buildings are well built, and the apartments are very comfortable and have everything you need. The grounds are kept up nicely and the plowing in the winter is always done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend living here and you can't beat the location!!
