Atlantic Townhouse Apartments

Couldn't have been happier with how easy the process was to move to the Atlantic Townhouse apartments from out of State. melissa in the office made the process very seamless and stayed in touch with the lease process as the time came closer to our move. Danielle and Melissa both were ablet o help us feel situated in our "new home" and where to go for family things to do, stores to shop at, restaurants to try. When it comes to moving from out of state it can be a nightmare, but it was made very seamless down to getting keys and getting cable and internet hooked up.

I have lived here for a combined total of 7 years and it has always been a great place for my family and I. Danielle and Melissa in the office truly have always been amazing and always a friendly voice and face to deal with if i need assistance with anything. The maintenance staff has always been super efficient and very polite. Close by shops and not far from Augusta or Portland. I am happy to call it home!

I have lived here for for almost 15 years. I have left and moved back and both times the staff has always been amazing. There has been so many improvements made over the years and my daughter and I feel like we have a safe place to call home.

Everything is cool. I love living here because of the location.

I've been living here since I was 25. I love this place. The house is a little older but everyone works and chills and it's a smooth place to be.
