Needs improvement

Good apartment. The only two problems i have is that there isn’t enough parking space and the cost of water & sewage is too expensive ($70).

A Continuous Downfall

Dunhill North used to be a beautifully landscaped community with easy access to 695 and minutes away from essential services such as affordable and quality grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals, banks and more. While localities still exist, the property itself continues to decline in overall quality. Since Signature has taken over, in office management continuously changes - lacking any efforts of community engagement, landscaping and overall appearance declines, water bills have doubled while management intentially declines to provide reason for hikes and trash fees imposed to residents continues to be a revenue generator while the actual management of trash and curb appeal from management itself is intentionally ignored. Dunhill used to be a community of affordable and quality housing that residents took prode in. Over the last few years that sentiment has declined by residents following the lead (or lack their of) by management.
