Love the area we do love our apartment but something’s for price could be better more updated appliances and the painting and flooring done in the apartment were done terribly

I've lived here for 4 years come December. Rent has continued to go up and things around here continue to remain the same. There's no preventative maintenance done on the apartments but overall, the community is nice. I want to continue to live here, but they really need maintenance staff to begin doing preventative maintenance before it becomes an issue.
