Brookemeade Apts

It's hard to get in touch with anyone at the office. The property managers change too frequently. The rent goes up every year ( mine went to $200 this year, $300 last year and over $200 the year before that ), and they don't tell you that in the lease when renting to you . The current rent doesn't justify what you get there. There is no pool, no gym, no public laundry area, no real okay ground. There is a basketball hoop in the parking area where the kids playing bounce balls on vehicles by accident. Only 1 little grill, and a small kiddie play area. The rents here are more than most mortgages. The middle class is being pushed out by price, for rent assisted housing (section 8).
