Needs work
Very messy , trash is a big issue looks like lower income housing very dissappionted ...... been here 3 years , cant wait to move . It was great when i first moved in.
Satisfied
I have been here for 3-4 years. My main issue is how staffing and management changes so much, which in turns causes other issues. As of recently, it seems as though, they have been working hard to catch up with fixing those problems.
It could be a better property
No recreation center for kids Too many dogs unleashed The trash dumpster is messy Need more maintenance crew to complete tickets Parking fees for visitors are too expensive
Good first rental
Rent isnt a bad price. Maintenance comes when you complain. The pool is nice. We pay alot of trash pickup and parking.
Nice Place to Live
We were not able to receive a full year of free parking, our lease is up in July. This is a nice property, we just have to pay to park and that is an added expense of $25 per vehicle. We receive maintenance requests rather quickly. The manager and assistant manager and staff are very professional and help in any way possible.
