It’s ok not long term
dont like the trash situation they only come 3 days a week and there is no space to dump trash.

Better response response outside of emergency. Everything may not be an emergency thats important .
Could Improve
I have lived here for 7 years and like my house. I have seen a lot of move-ins and move-outs, some were nice, and some unpleasant. The rental office staff is the best, but the maintenance service needs much improvement in handling service tickets and the trash collection needs to find a better way to handle pickup. The kids in the community are not being watched by parents as they play and run in other tenants' yards. Pets are not being handled properly as for on collars and dump pickups on the lawn. Other than those issue statements above, I think that this is a nice place to live, but could be better.
