Rude Staff Member
Living here has been mostly fine, no noise complaints and neighbors are great. Only real complaint is that a certain staff member on management was quite rude to me - never received an apology, and was never notified of any action taken to address this issue. I reached out but was never replied to. The rest of the staff has been lovely and helpful, but I have greatly lost trust in the management here due to this. The rent is also quite high, which makes it even more surprising that residents can be treated in this way. Planning to move once lease expires, but overall would say that it's not a bad place to live and very clean.
