They were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from the international tour to the move in. KARYNA& RACHEL was truly aTAG-TEAM. . Dream WORK MAKE TEAM WORK. And they Definitely made that happen for me. Each one of them went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me in the Fullest. Very patient and PROFESSIONAL. Explaing ever detail with lease and amenities. The Blairs is actually a really good place to live. Location is perfect for the commuter to use public transportation to get to and from places. Traffic in the area can be a bit congested (during rush hour), but its to be expected with any downtown area. especially since we are close by some major roads. all in all, i enjoy it here! community events, grocery is next door, shopping is down the street, restaurants too, metro across the street. you cant beat this location. building is a little older, but it is well kept and the facilities are nice too

While we love our apartment and the location is convenient, the management's disregard for residents' comfort and safety has made it impossible for us to consider renewing our lease when the time comes. The window replacement project was a disaster, leaving one of my roommates with a giant hole in his wall for several weeks, and nothing at all was done to make this right.

The Blairs offers comfortable living at an affordable price and it's proximity to the Silver Spring metro + downtown Silver Spring makes it appealing. I've enjoyed living here for 5 years and I think most people would, too. However, don't be fooled by the laundry list of "amenities." The amenities include a lounge that costs an arm and leg to reserve although it's always empty, a fireplace that hasn't work since I moved here, no pool, and events that run out of food with dozens of people still left in line. If you are looking for general comfort in a good place without the bells and whistles, the Blairs is right for you. (And assuming you can tolerate the several fire alarms + building projects every year.) But there may be others looking for a level of "luxury" who might be better suited elsewhere.
