Office Staff and Rental Rates
I have lived here for 12 years. The office staff was more friendly and more efficient during my first six years here. I understand that Arbor Crest does not receive any federal funding, but it would be nice if rentals were lower. Senior citizens are on fixed incomes. Suggestion: Keep yearly increase rates at the lowest possible %. I like living here
