Maintenance requests take too long, and we are having a rodent issue. Outside of that, the place is plenty of space and staff is friendly enough. But these issues need to be addressed better. Also the handiwork in the kitchen was suboptimal. The countertops are made of a cheap material that chips, and the cabinets are in crooked and the doors not properly positioned to avoid unnecessary gaps. This place has potential, but for the price I would expect better quality. I've had better quality kitchen, and a rodent-free experience at cheaper location.

I have always loved to live at brook side commons and it happened like a dream come through. My first time at brook side was in 2018 when I first visited a friend of mine and I fell in love with the environment. When I entered into the room, everything was big and I love big things. The living room, the masters room everything big.
