Location is good. Maintenance is subpar. A turnover in management reflects on the tenants

Been resident many years. Love the location and design of apartment. I hope i'm not taking up too much time typing and I pray I can pay my rent this way. I truly had no problem a few years ago writing a check and sending my check to the office. I truly hope I am currently (although I truly don't care for the way I have to pay my rent) making the payment right all thru I'm not sure and I enjoyed paying my rent the other way...taking it in and dropping it off. that way I truly knew it was being PAID.

Apartments are large. Outside maintance is sloppy. Common areas in building is shabby
