I have lived here about 2 years and have seen some changes since I moved in. People speeding up behind you at night to go through the gate and if you did not go fast enough they will go in through the exit. There is an assisted living facility in my building and they take up all of the handicapped parking so for residents and visitors that need these spaces they are never available. Commercial vehicles should not be parked in residential spaces. The rental office has done nothing to correct this. There have been people hanging out in the garages at night which is a danger to older residents and presents a potential hazard. People do not place trash in the compactor or in the recycling bins they just throw it on the ground. When we first moved in these things did not occur now it far to often.

I’ve had great experience living here. The leasing office staff and technicians are all response and professional.
