Complex Review
My major concerns are the unauthorized vehicles. A notice was sent however there are still vehicles that either do not have tags (it is covered by a car cover) or have expired tags. With parking at a premium I would hope this would be a top issue. Also, as a resident with a walker, the sidewalks are extremely uneven.
