The Willard
The living experience at the Willard has not been what I expected. I have to say my expectation of David S Brown was above average. However after living in one of the properties my view has drastically changed. The maintenance staff is pretty responsive. The leasing office consultants are pretty pleasant and professional however dealing with the leasing manager Zara has been quite frustrating. She has never followed up on any issue I've brought to her attention. Zara does not hold herself accountable when the lack of follow up is not done as she states she will. She takes on an argumentative , defensive and condescending demeanor in our previous interactions. The cleanliness has drastically declined. Marijuana ashes and put out joints all throughout the stairwell. The stench as I walk down the stairs with my twelve year old daughter to my car first thing in the morning is truly unacceptable.
