The property is fairly nice, my only complaints are some noisy neighbors and tenants not taking care of their trash!!!

Massive plumbing issues ignored
Management doesn’t care about the safety or wellbeing of residents. Allows massive building-wide plumbing issues to go on for years without proper repair, just a bunch of bandaid fixes by maintenance staff who only sort of know what to do because they aren’t licensed professional plumbers and don’t have the proper resources/knowledge to fix stuff permanently. Management won’t hire a GOOD contractor ever, just whoever is cheap. The plumbing problem has caused wet/damp insulation in the walls and between floors, so it is much harder to regulate apartment temperature (drives up our BGE bill of course) and upstairs neighbors noise/walking is way louder. It has finally caused mold to grow in the apartment walls, so bad that it penetrates through the wall and grows behind/onto hanging pictures.
