Middletown Valley Apartments have been my home for 4 years now and I plan to stay. I couldn’t ask for a better community or better neighbors. You feel safe outside at any hour which is important when family members are walking the dog late at night. When I first moved in my water heater exploded at 2 AM, I had maintenance there fixing the problem within the hour, and within 24 hours it was like it never happened! On top of a dog park the complex has huge fields perfect for kids to run and play, it is also conveniently placed across the street from the primary school. Whether you have a family, are just getting your life started, or anywhere in between I HIGHLY recommend Middletown Valley apartments by Can Metre.

On Sunday afternoon my sink backed up. I submitted a maintenance ticket expecting no service until Monday. I received a call within a half hour followed by a visit within the hour. The first remedy was not fully successful so the maintenance technician (Randy) had to return the next day while I was at work. I received a call to see whether it was acceptable to enter the apartment and found a ticket on my door when I returned home indicating that maintenance had visited. Randy was able to resolve the problem with my plumbing (requiring a call to an outside contractor) with minimal downtime and inconvenience on my part. I am quite please with the efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism of the maintenance staff at Middletown Valley Apartments.

I've been a resident of Van Meter Properties for at least 8 years and give them five stars. During my my tenure at Middletown Valley Apartments I can honestly say that the management really care about their tenants. When I have had to call the for maintenance service they have always responded promptly and have corrected the issue in a very reasonable time. Vaneesa Mahmoodi is a top notch property manager, she treats everyone with respect and always is available to answer questions, she has gone above and beyond my expectations.
