Had gone down hill.
Since Teresa left, and then with covid, things have changed and not for the better. So many issues. Can't even get a coffee pot added in the multi purpose room.

Wonderful Place to Call Home
I love my new apartment at Southern Pines II. The management and maintenance staff are caring, professional and easy to work with. I have met several residents who are welcoming and nice. I just participated in the "Trick or Treat" night for local elementary children. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the excited trick or treaters and their parents. Activities like this are great for community relations and the Southern Pines II residents. I am grateful for Southern Pines II.
