It's still early in my leasing experience and kinda quiet so I'm not sure. The only things I'm concerned about are hackers and intruders.

I love yne location and there is 0 noise, which i love. The amenities are what make the place awesome, even though the apartments need an upgrade. Time to get rid of the carpeting.

I just moved here yesterday and have had a great experience so far. Friendly staff, maintenance requests are tended to quickly. Great amenities, quiet community, located right by the lake. This place feels like home.

The staff is always polite and willing to help. Amenities are very basic for the cost of rent; nothing more than a pool, and gym. No dog park, only one grill, no space tl rent out or host guests (game room/party room). Parking is not great, there’s no designated visitors parking so they can get the spots in front, and you can purchase an assigned spot either but you can survive.
