They should stop charging so high for utility

The Hallways smell bad. They could be washed and Waxed. I dont think there is a Cleaning Staff. If the Goal is to make a Luxury Apartment Complex, it can be done with a Simple Cleaning crew to wax the floors and do the Elevators. Keep the Doors to the building closed at night.

Its near my job, the maintenance is pretty good, the groundskeeper tries to keep it clean. But there are some unsanitary people on thr property. My concern is winter and the heat going out again. The carpets in the stairwells stink.
