Location & Value

Laurel Park offers spacious rooms and a nice community. The parking is decent but not always close to your unit is open. Laundry rooms on site is a plus! With the app you know when units are available. Noise has not been a problem for our building but you can hear things happening in the hallways when people come and go. The maintenance is very responsive and quick but the office staff is not overly friendly or helpful. Overall we are happy to live here.

I have lived here for 3 years. I have enjoyed my time at this apartment mainly for the location and low prices. This rental space is a great bang for the buck. Office staff are okay. Malcolm is the only kind soul in the office, anyone else in there has been harsh and not empathetic. There is no parking for guests after 10- at all. They tow at 10 if you do not have a pass. There is barely any parking for residents as is. Overall, you get what you pay for here. It is cheap and in a nice location.

Decent Comunity

Never had any issues with parking, always space to park even late at night. Maintenace is quick, have pretty good neighbors. The lawns are maintained nicely, and I have good views from the balcony. Overall, a nice community to live in.
