Very good upkeep of property
I've had a very good experience living here. The properly is kept clean for the most part. I've been here since 2019 and the only thing is that I have two problems with is they offer nothing for seniors that are living here at all. No discount for seniors for anything!! that's a shamed. Also, they offer no incentives for people who has lived here and paid on time. Monthly rent keeps going up and up.

Been living here over one year
Not worth the price of the rent. Apartment has cheap material. The walls and paint are falling apart, the water isnt hot enough, the window blinds break easily, the appliances are outdated, washer and dryer are old, the closet door is squeaky.

A place to lay your head
I've lived here for 2.5 years and I'm lucky to have quiet neighbors on both sides of me. The walls in the apartments are very thin so you will hear a lot. My current neighbors are loud and live above me. The complex is relatively safe and tenants keep to themselves. Parking is available if you stay on the far end of the complex but if you live closer to the entrance be prepared to come home early or walk. It is gated but I have seen too many fender benders from tenants getting hit by cars that try to speed through the gate.
