I met and toured with Britnee on a Saturday. The apartment was not in the price range I wanted and saw lower priced units in the Laurel area but I must say her confidence, knowledge and professionalism changed my mind about the price. The apartments are beautiful but most people do not look into who is actually managing where you live. With her as a manager I knew this was the right place for me!

the front parking is always full and the back side parking is not safe due to recent car break ins, my apartment is on the road side so my autistic son cries thru the night and this is my biggest challenge, the staff only Britiny is friendly the assistant has some attitude and body language issues to work on, Maintenance is very fast which is good, my kitchen cabinets look old and unpolished and I was told the company does not touch up cabinets before the new Tennant takes over . they take them as is. but thanks for keeping the building clean.
