Location is fine and there is no noise issues at all. The issue I have is I cannot find anybody in the rental office and no maintenance personnel ever.I have sent emails and text messages to the same number that sends me reminders if the rent is late but still no reponse. Who should I contact for maintence issue? (HVAC,PIPE,SEWAGE,ELECTRICITY)????
