I have enjoyed living here and it is very affordable. The parking and laundry are great. The only problem is the noise. This is a very busy area and the cars race in the early am hours.

I have lived here since the summer and it really feels like home. This apartment is so spacious and is perfect for us. It has all of the amenities and affordable. The only complaint is, the apartment is next to a major road and it is very loud. When large trucks drive by, the apartment shakes.

I searched for an affordable and safe option for my little family for a long time. I started to get discouraged because it seemed like my options were, "affordable but small and unkept" or "well kept, smaller and break the bank." When this alert popped up on Rent Cafe I was skeptical but I'm so thankful I took a risk. When I walked through the front door of the apartment I almost cried. I'm pretty sure I yelled, "Oh my gosh, I want this place." I didn't even make it past the living room before my heart filled with joy. I have only lived her for a little under two weeks but it has been the most peaceful, natural-light filled time of my life. It is perfect for us and I am so grateful. Also, Ms. Laura is one of the most personable landlords I have ever met. Thank you so much for helping this new resident feel at home.

I was fortunate enough to rent here. If I ever had a small issue, I could easily reach out and maintenance would reply fast and work on it as soon as they could. The area is nice. Keep in mind that you may hear cars driving at night since Gorman Avenue is used often. I did not have any issues, and I only have good things to say. Do get Verizon Fios, especially if they have promotions.
