Good but poor in maintenance

You really need camera to control your parking lot. The people incharge of maintenance need to be serious.

I like it here but I have gotten frustrated over the years. I have submitted several letters about painting and repairs but still they drag their feet. I have lived here for 15yrs. I have been very patient,my stove and fridge is old, they dug up my carpet and left it lumpy. There are cracks in my bathroom sink.
