It is necessary to improve and speed up maintenance services, as they are currently slow. Many areas remain dark, which is especially concerning for those of us returning home from work at night. Please make sure to answer calls promptly and resolve customer issues.

There should be more notice to residents than front of building notifications & emails. Notifications of importance to all residents should be on each door imo. When calling office it is sometimes no one to answer phones. Slow with some maintenance requests.

Great location-Great location! Close to metro and nearby storres and school. Metro station is in walking distance, H& H chicken is located on the corner-along with Aldi & 711. New Century Carryout is located nearby also along with the Post Office, laudromat, check cashing places, barber shops & nail salon.
