Ive had flood issues that took months to resolve ( the flood happened in june 24 , drywall was just fixed febuary 25 after repeated calls. The sump pump in my unit leaks and goes off frequently. They seem to have gotten very lax with maintence and repairs. But will call and harass about payment.
