Quiet, friendly, peaceful

I have lived in Ivy Hills for Three plus years and I absolutely love it here. Everyone is very friendly from management, maintenence, and tenants. They are very timely when responding to requests and they're always on top our property's upkeep. From the icy conditions of the Winter to the gardening in the Spring. I'm so happy I've been blessed to be apart of the Ivy Hills.

I enjoy living here. I was only disappointed that the grounds (lawn) maintenance didn't continue into the fall. I have leaves completely covering lawn, porch, and parking area. They were never cleaned or removed. The staff is friendly and efficient and maintenance is prompt.

I'm happy with my place. The maintenance people are always receptive and responsive. The office staff is sometimes hard to reach but overall I'm satisfied with my place.
