I’ve lived at The Residences at Arundel Preserve for almost two years, and it’s by far the best apartment community I’ve ever experienced. The building is beautiful, the amenities are well-maintained, and the staff is incredible. Brandon, John, and Vee make residents feel truly valued, and Elisha at the front desk is always helpful. While I was deployed with FEMA for nine months, management kept my home secure, updated me regularly, and even surprised me with a birthday card and balloon when I returned. The maintenance team is prompt, the concierge service is excellent, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Whether you’re looking for top-tier service, modern amenities, or a place where staff go above and beyond, this is the place to call home!
