We always have prompt service when we initiate a work order. I love the layout. The only complaints are the walls and floors are bery thin. We hear so much noise from the upstairs neighbors.

The units are literally falling apart, with old and outdated appliances they they refuse to replace. The hallways are cleaned once every few months if that and the maintenance staff in the office lack customer service skills to do the job properly. They are so quick to get you off the phone that they completely miss the mark of the job. The entire team needs to be revamped. To top it off you'll get nightly visits from the friendly critters who should be paying rent here especially if the Property Manager will not do anything to correct it. I'll gladly take a discount if that's the case. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

Its a great place. I love my apartment. I am concerned about the trees. They have fallen and damaged several parjed cars. They need to be trimmed and removed. Other than that…its a great place to live and very reasonable.
