Mostly Happy Here

We have lived here for almost three years now and really love it. We have been able to make friends and really have no major complaints. We do have one point though that we have brought up a few times here and have not seen any change. The one dumpster in the middle of the loop here is labeled recycling, but it doesn't seem like it is actually used for that. Although most of the stuff that people put in there are recycling, not everything is. Also, and more importantly, I have seen on several occasions the regular garbage truck empty that dumpster along with the other ones. If this dumpster isn't for recycling, the signing should be updated to reflect that. If this is still for recycling, I think a stronger effort needs to be made to ensure it is actually being used for recycling. Additionally, some our dog friends and us always talk about how nice it would be to have a larger dog park. This way they could play without us having to be worried about our dogs running off or making other residents worried.

Decent apartment complex

This apartment has a great gym for it’s residents. Parking is not that good at this complex and every extra spot must be paid for. Maintenace responds very fast sometimes within the same day. Location is optimal near and large shopping area. It’s about 20 mins from arundel, bei airport, pasadena, and baltimorez Overall decent value.

Decent place to live

The location is very convenient to alot of shopping places, restaurants, and convenience stores. The pool and gym are a great addition. There are alot of children outside and people with dogs.
