Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per-residence and a refundable $300 deposit for each pet. Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed are not allowed. Hammarlee House is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per pet per month. A $300 refundable deposit is required per pet. There is a 25 lb weight limit for pets and exotic animals are not allowed. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed.
