predatory ownership

the current property ownership seems to think it can get away with charging every possible illegal or unfounded fee possible and take advantage of the average consumer that may not know the laws and restrictions for such landlord activities. the gym equipment is 10+ years old and is never updated. The audio visual system in the fitness center barely works and has not been updated since before Allegiant Carter bought this property. The outdoor grills need replacement parts even though it was last done years ago. The buildings are more than 20 years old and they have not added, expanded, created new, or updated ANY property amenities yet they still insist on charge a 400.00 illegal amenity fee to every resident lease renewal even though the county has warned them repeatedly that they have no standing to charge such a fee, as well as passing along their own insurance costs to residents even though we are already required to carry our own resident homeowner insurance. they are trying to charge for parking without providing assigned spaces or carports, and also charge pest control and maintenance fees even thought those would be considered in their OWN cost of doing business. we have never seen a management company so blatantly predatory in its practices and they are ruining this community and running off numbers of good long term residents in the process

Great place to live

I love living here. I'm aging so I'm in need of a 1st floor but other than that this is where I will retire. ThaNk you for keeping me safe finally!! I recommend to everybody. SAFETY IS THE KEY HERE!!! WE ALSO HAVE A FEW MOCO POLICE LIVING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!! EXTRA SAFETY!!!
