Pet limit 2 allowed. A pet deposit of $300 is due at move-in. Pet rent is $35/month per pet, 2 pet maximum. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Liberty Mill. Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A pet deposit of $300 is due at move-in. Pet rent is $35/month per pet, 2 pet maximum. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal.

Office staff is rude and parking is horriblle! They have so many parking in front for the charging stations and now all front are reserved by neighbors.
