The people are nice. Dogs are allowed. Parking is always available.

Poorly Managed Proprty
New proprty leasing manager is never available to tenants Posted hours are not followed. Office is closed before 5pm. Office should be open on Saturdays for at least half a day. Manager does not look at you when you are talking to her. She has no information when asked any questions. Maintenence Supervisor is fabulous given facts that he is the sole person responsible for repairing anything. He needs at least one assistant. Laundry rooms are not working more than half the time. Locks on Bldg 26 are too hard to open which is inconvenient when needing to reload laundry card which is the only machine.
