A refundable deposit is due at move-in: $300 for one pet and an additional $300 for a second pet. Pet rent is $30/month per pet, 2 pet maximum. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Hunt Club. Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet rent: $50/month. Annual pet registration fee: $30.
