I have lived in here in 2 different apartments for about 5 years now. I have never had any big issues and maintenance is always quick to respond. The parking garage is a real plus and the apartments are spacious for the money. No fancy bells and whistles but reasonably priced for the area. The train noise has never bothered me and I live close to the garage door.

Best place to live in Gaithersburg Montgomery county.Very safe, nice staff,24 hours maintenance, big room, closet, parking garage,very safe need a keypad to get in the building,clean hallway.Everything is around the corner,train station, bus stops post office,police station,alot of restaurants ,gas station,subway,beer and wine,dentiste,schools and everything is walking distance. With all that very affordable price.love it here.

I have lived here about 7 years now. An apartment with more bells and whistles would be nice, but you can't beat the bargain of living here. Free garage parking with an assigned space and very responsive maintenance crew. A little noise from the train, but small in comparison to the benefits.
